Dr Manas Aggarwal has more than 10 years of experience in this field and is trained in pancreatic disorders. He has acquired basic medical education from prestigious institutes in Delhi and moved to Lucknow for pursuing super specialist degree from the oldest super-specialist institute, SGPGIMS. Subsequently he spent his time in Medanta Hospital, Lucknow and moved on. After managing the whole spectrum of gastrointestinal patients, he plans to dedicate his experience and skills to patient with disorders of the pancreas, an albeit difficult organ.

This venture has been created to provide ethical, modern, evidence based advise and necessary support to such patients. Although he is a well trained and certified surgeon, he believes in meditation, lifestyle modification and proper diet are key factors in treatment, with medications and surgery reserved for refractory cases only.

  • Team up and coordinate with other specialities to provide assistance in the operating room namely, oncosurgery, gynecology and urology.
  • Work up patients reporting to out patient department and advise diagnostics and surgery.
  • Taking care of in-patient admitted either in wards or ICU.

  • Played a key role in setting up the GI Surgery department including training of ward and operating room staff.
  • Set up OPD, minor OTs and IPD.
  • Participated in quality improvement initiatives and accreditations.
